  • VEIL OF MAYA at The Gramercy 05/17/22

Personally, I thought that this show was an awesome show. Music was loud, metal music was present, the crowd was responding to everything.  Everything you need from an event like this one.

My only comment is that these past years have become a frustration and sometimes headaches because of the extreme low light of them.

I mean… why bother… but as you can see on these images there is something there underneath of it all.

So we keep shooting them forward!

    Much success always.

  • TESTAMENT at The Paramount 05/05/22

By now you must have some knowledge about the super band Testament. After all they have been pounding thrash metal for a long time.

If you do not know anything of their old stuff,   believe me when i say this, they have become a super group.

Each time they go out they have gotten bigger, better and boldest. Its musicians are internationally known because of their influences and of course its own founding members are an staple of San Francisco Bay Area Thrash Metal.

Testament is one of my favorite they are a little kore melodic than the rest and that makes them connect with a little broader set of people but the intensity and fast guitar riffing and drumming are there so be careful when you listen to them because you will be  wrapped up on a delicious poison formula.

They are coming back to NYC once again and i’ll be there no doubts.

  • EXODUS at The Paramount 05/05/22

It was a long time waiting for this event to happened. Then pandemic struck our way of life. So it was very comforting to be at this place at that time.

What can i say, Epic, Majestic, Unbelievable. We even sang happy birthday to Gary Holt.

Sounded great and energetic as it should be.

I know now they will be back in September and we will be there too.

  • THE AGONIST at Warsaw 04/29/22

I couldn’t make to the last time when The Agonist cane to NYC. The time before the last one we even did an interview with Vicky at Irving Plaza. Now this time around we when to Brooklyn  and they have changed a bit… but i mean it in the best way possible.

I thought that this time around they sounded heavier. Yeah not sure but i think i heard some blast beats this time around and the music went a little darker so for my ears pleasure everything sounded awesome despite what was going on in terms of technical problems and all of that.

She mentioned that they were some troubles during the road getting to the show but so far that night i believe they gave us what they have always have done, a metal night to remember.  Hope to catch them again when they are back.
